. Served as project lead for a series of projects designed to

reinvigorate the sales of the Paralens - Fluorescent Microscope

Adapter, increasing individual product sales to a record high of over

4.5M in the first year.

. Served as direct supplier representative for largest single OEM

customer within QBC Diagnostics, increasing approval rating for the

company from a "B- (marginal)" to a solid "A+ (exceptional)"

. Delivered 60K / year cost savings across all centrifuge product lines

by redesigning the lid hinge and negotiating purchasing with an

outside supplier.

. Identified, initiated and led company wide lean initiatives for

reduction of product inspection and handling providing an estimated 10-

15% reduction of time and labor within the incoming inspection

department.

. Championed a Free Range nesting automation equipment project

from concept to product launch within 8 months resulting in a new

product line

. Conceptualized, designed, developed, and patented a bactericidal

system for use with residual implantable orthopedic devices including

total hips, total knees, spinal fixation devices, and fracture

fixation devices

. Rewrote the production monitoring system for both the basic oxygen

process and the continuous caster pump cooling systems saving the

corporation $400,000 per system rewrite.

. Lead the creation of a Penn State associated business entity,

ArgentumCidalElectrics, Inc. that designs and develops bactericidal

surface coatings as part of a bactericidal engineering solution for

both medical and consumer products

. Managed the design, testing, reporting, and research teams associated

with the quantification of proper acetabular cup placement according

to surgical boney landmarks

. Designed, prototyped and tested a minimally invasive percutaneous

total hip implant, an opening wedge for implantation as well as

minimally invasive surgical tools
