distributor of life science and laboratory research chemicals.

Coordinate and consolidate planning and quarterly forecasts from business

units and regional management covering operations in over 35 countries on

Created plant conversion cost model by sku using activity-based costing to

drive 10% cost reductions to plant conversion costs.

Developed a New Customer bid analysis spreadsheet using the sku profit

model. Worked directly with institutional sales team to double targeted

bids to customers.

Participated in divestiture of division to American Italian Pasta Company

and New World Pasta Company (2001). Responsible for transition of

financial activities to new owner.

1992 - 1994 Senior Financial Analyst

Implemented finance and accounting services for a start-up business

segment based in St. Louis: reviewed new business proposals with division

management, and performed detailed contract profitability reviews with

operations management. Performed an extensive fifteen-week process re-

engineering study of the Unigraphics division's European order entry and

processing systems. EDS is a $16 billion provider of systems integration

solutions.

Worked with a team of European and American professionals in recommending

process changes worth $10 million in savings.

Performed competitor analysis for Unigraphics in the CAD/CAM market.

Provided financial support for installation of Unigraphics workstations at

Northrop Corp.
