Responsible for all aspects of parts from clay concept to post-launch

including design and release of exterior components for assembly plant

. Engineered the Tahoe and Yukon hybrid rear upper exterior moldings.

Through changing these two parts alone improved fuel efficiency nearly

0.1 mpg.

. Implemented twin sheet thermoforming process to new application, H2
