processes using Wonderware and InBatch.
. Participated on large APACS system startup for major pharmaceutical
batch facility.
. Designed control scheme with ENSTRUCT (Fisher Rosemount Provox) and
alternative for Solutia on specialty chemical batch process.
. Reviewed Delta V configuration at Lilly Tippe facility for remediation
activities for batch bulk pharmaceutical process using S88 standard
for design and implementation.
Maintenance/Support
. Performed Markov analysis of control system making polybutadiene for
GE plastics.
. Supported Provox and instrumentation for Union Carbide.
. Supported PLC hardware and instrumentation for Akzo Nobel; recommended
preventative maintenance programs for process equipment; planned
shutdown work for instrumentation on 2 batch units.
Validation
. Wrote and executed testing for Emerson Provox and Delta V DCS systems
used in pharmaceutical batch process facilities.
. Provided automation and validation expertise for Eli Lilly's
Indianapolis, Lafayette and Puerto Rico facilities.
< Helped remediate control system validation for a large bulk
pharmaceutical facility.
