. Plant closed in June 2009 as part of a nine plant
reduction in North America. Continued employment
until October 2009 to insure transfer of all
customer tools and equipment were complete with no

. Overall responsibility for a 200,000 sq. ft.
facility, up to 300 employees, $45M sales.
. JIT manufacturer of automotive hard interior trim

. Plant closed in 2007 due to downtime at our
primary customer, Ford Motor Company in Chicago.
. Responsible for two facilities, Chicago, IL and
Mt. Pleasant, TN, combined sales of $30M.
. Fascia and radiator module assembly along with
sequencing of parts to Saturn, Spring Hill, and
Ford Chicago Assembly Plant.
. Improved EBITDA performance in TN from 20% to 46%,
Chicago from loss to 8% without fixed cost
recovery agreement from Ford.
. Led turnaround of Chicago Operation where customer
satisfaction had dropped to an all time low.

. Company went bankrupt, resulting in eventual
closing of Nashville Operation.
. Responsible for 185,000 sq. ft. operation with 275
employees, $30M sales.
. Injection molding of hard interior trim and
components for Mercedes, AL, Saturn Spring Hill,
TN, Toyota Georgetown, KY, and other automotive
Tier 1 suppliers.
. Through the use of lean techniques improved EBITDA
from a loss to 15% while reducing inventory in our
largest work cells.
. Improved quality performance to eliminate third
party containment costs of $65k per month.

. Managed 325,000 square foot facility in the
manufacture of rubber and PVC conveyor belting and
hose products for automotive and industrial
markets.
. Processes included rubber mixing operation,
calendering, extrusion, high and low pressure hose
processes utilizing continuous curing and
autoclave curing, and continuous extrusion of
plastic PVC hose.
. Reduced inventory by $4M by standardizing a wide
range of conveyor belt fabrics and negotiating
consignment agreements with major chemical
manufacturers such as Dupont and BF Goodrich.
. Reduced material usage variance of $50k per month
by implementing stringent control of BOM and scrap
control.
