. Led a global "Operational Excellence" initiative in
the role of Six Sigma Black Belt
. Experienced in leading successful quality improvement projects with the
added challenge of the ever- tightening specifications of the
semiconductor industry
. Specialized in working closely with customers to develop new products to
specification and then leading the scale-up transition over to
manufacturing

. Held the role of lead process engineer during a plant relocation and

. Led a successful productivity project to increase load sizes in a
batch process. Resulting larger loads led to $ 1.2MM variable cost
savings.
. Designed and implemented a new manufacturing process which improved
product quality and reduced customer complaints. A project milestone
was one full year without a customer complaint.
. Worked closely with vendors and led vendor qualification trials to
reduce tooling costs
. Developed a processing method to replicate the raw material of a sole
supplier. This process was able to keep the plant from halting
operations during a time when the supplier's plant was shut down by the
Chinese government.
. Organized and ran environmental emission tests for new equipment
installation and permitting.
. Experienced in quick installation and de-bug of production equipment
during critical capacity expansions.
. Successfully developed a Spherical Boron Nitride particle and was
awarded a patent.
. Volunteered for the role of Quality Source Representative. The role
held the responsibility for the company's aerospace quality standards.
Qualified for the role by passing Pratt & Whitney's training course.
Ultimately became responsible for facilitating all P & W plant audits.
. Used solid inter-personal and communications skills while visiting
critical customers and hosting trade shows with the sales team.
