plans, as well as security. My responsibilities also included supervision
of a benefits clerk, secretary and registered nurse.

the I.B.E.W.
. Assisted in the transition of a plant sponsored benefits program to a
corporate benefits plan that included such benefits as ESOP and LTD.

Responsibilities included the college recruitment efforts for the mining
division of U.S. Steel (3,000 employees). Monitored each hiring location
to ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Trained managers in
their responsibilities for affirmative action and EEO. Assisted in case
preparation for arbitration with United Mine workers.
