maintenance and th ru-put for plant facilities, dies, presses, machine shop and
material handling equipment.
• Achieved a Preventive maintenance percentage of 98% to a 90% goal
• Increased throughput 12% on the JK robotic production press line by
i dentifying and modifying programming wait bits.
• Implemented cultural change in the area of safety to move from the industry’s
lowest rating to world class level of OSHA recordables. This was achieved by
adding a daily safety take two meeting at start of shift and before each non-
routine task, as well as adding a safety t raining mat rix.
