3. Vendor Resource Library Application
> Vendor's could login into this application and download the styles

> The styles were created using WEBPDM software, which writes to its tables
in a DB2 database. PDF documents of these styles were created from this
database data.
> Wrote Java functions to read BLOB data using JDBC 2.0.

4. Email Vacation Auto-Response
This is an intranet application developed to respond to all incoming email
messages addressed to the user when on vacation. This required creation of
vacation files on users Unix home directories when a user submitted his
vacation response using a web form.
Contribution:
> Completely responsible for developing the application using Perl-CGI,
JavaScript, EXPECT / TCL and Shell scripting.
> Created extensive test plans to support various shells and UNIX
environments.
> Eliminated wait time on completing vacation response requests from
European offices completely. Previously due to the time difference these
requests took a long time to be completed.
> Successfully eliminated work requests for creating these files manually
for each user saving considerable man-hours for system administrators.
