payments being made via electronic means, representing 90% of cash volume.

Corporate Accounting Manger – Responsible for managing all Corporate finance activities

including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Treasury, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.

• Documented domestic and international accounting policies for Sarbanes-Oxley (SFAS

404). Maintained documentation and audited for compliance to those policies.

• Financial Team Lead for Oracle 11i conversion. Responsible for planning and testing of
