My position is maintenance manager and my duties include implementing a preventative maintenance
program for the plant’s production process systems. Daily supervision of all equipment, and machinery
repairs, and facility improvements. Coordinates all outside repair services and ensures all OSHA and
USDA standards are maintained. and works with the city of Melrose on waste water standards and
Minnesota Pollution control Agency (MPCA) on environmental standards and compliance.

As a Controls Panel Technician I was in charge of wiring control panels per engineered drawings and
assisting the process engineers on PLC programming. My duties also included testing installing the built
panels. As this was a temporary full-time position, I helped to complete the project at hand under budget
and ahead of schedule.
