I am a highly goal-driven female Chiropractor, with over 25 years of
experience in private practice. I knew I was to be in the medical
profession at the age of 12 when my Mother took me to see the Los Angeles
Rams Athletic Trainer. The problem was because as an Olympic level swimmer,
I started suffering from severe knee pain. After two weeks of seeing
medical doctors, orthopedist, pain meds, injections the pain continued to
exacerbate. The Doctors consensus: my knees needed to be rested and out of
the pool 6-8 weeks. This meant I would not be ready for Nationals, or the
Olympic Trials. Honestly, I was sort of confused because I didn't have any
knowledge of treatment, but I did know this; he fixes professionals he
obviously knows what he is doing. That day he adjusted me and started
educating me about the benefits of Chiropractic Care. After 4 adjustments
I never had knee pain again! I decided that very day MY calling was to be
in sports medicine. I started working for him, and have never looked back.
