Human Resources Manager

Selected as HR operations leader for 12 business units of a multi-national

home improvement retailer with more than $70B in annual revenue. Provide HR

consultation, support and guidance to 1,500 exempt and non-exempt

personnel. Ensure HR practices meet corporate and regulatory compliance by

providing strategic leadership in the areas of employee relations,

organizational effectiveness, staffing / talent acquisition, performance
