Regional HR responsibility for a large (approximately 600 person) sales and
marketing force based in Las Vegas and Hawaii, a 200 person outbound call
center and 20 hotel and time share properties in multiple Southwestern
states and Hawaii. In addition, I have complete responsibility for the
development, negotiation and execution of the labor relations strategy for
Hilton's time share brand across the country.
Accomplishments:
* Effectively reduced the time needed to fill job openings by nearly 15%
by streamlining processes and creating and implementing an aggressive,
broad-based community outreach program targeting potential applicant
talent "pools".

agreements covering over 16,000 employees.
