Hilton Worldwide

Regional HR responsibility for a large (approximately 600 person) sales and

marketing force based in Las Vegas and Hawaii, a 200 person outbound call

center and 20 hotel and time share properties in multiple Southwestern

states and Hawaii. In addition, I have complete responsibility for the

development, negotiation and execution of the labor relations strategy for

Hilton's time share brand across the country.

Accomplishments:

* Effectively reduced the time needed to fill job openings by nearly 15%

by streamlining processes and creating and implementing an aggressive,

broad-based community outreach program targeting potential applicant

talent "pools".

* Developed a comprehensive Labor strategy for the Hilton Grand

Vacations time share brand across all unionized facilities that

reduced grievance and arbitration costs by 39%.

* Defined and drove execution of strategy on labor relations including

the oversight and/or negotiations of nearly 70 collective bargaining

agreements covering over 16,000 employees.

* Developed and implemented a comprehensive Alternative Dispute

Resolution (ADR) process which reduced exposure to costly litigation,

minimized opportunities for union organizing, solidified employee

relations and has saved approximately $3 - 4 million dollars per year
