Responsible for managing overall operations and transition of radiology

services for Mercy Metro hospitals, including daily operations, staffing,

physician relations, billing, credentialing, scheduling, QA, workflow

improvements, strategic planning, performance tracking, and physician

trending. Provide pro-active communication to hospital C-

suites/management and IA corporate team. Create reports, tools, and

resources for weekly/monthly reviews, action plans and resolution steps.

Lead multiple radiology projects for continuous improvement on turn-

around times, radiology services and QA. Oversee 40+ radiologists,

Nighthawk services, and support staff in clinical and administrative

offices at Mercy St. Vincent, St. Anne and St. Charles.

RPS Imaging: Negotiated first dual-source contract between RPS Imaging

and Lake Erie Regional Cooperative/ProMedica for radiology distribution
