very diverse, energetic group of people that led to thousands of sales

leads resulting in over $350,000 dollars in sales.

PROGRAM / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

. Developed business plan(s) and implemented strategies for three start-

up companies. Resulted in the start -up, implementation, management,

and eventual sale of companies. These companies were responsible for

the employment of approximately 100 people, an overall financial

impact of over $1.5 million to the local community, and the eventual

net profit sale of the businesses approaching $1million.

. Created an In-School Suspension Program from initial concept stage to

actual implementation and day- to-day management that worked with 20

-30 different at- risk students per day. Resulted in keeping the

students on campus in a controlled environment in which they could be

encouraged and helped with their academics, which ultimately saved the

school district $ 445,000.00 dollars per year.

TEAM BUILDING AND TEACHING/PRESENTING

. Built staff team to work with an expanding church youth group

population. Resulted in building staff team from two volunteers to

twenty paid staff with an additional 80 volunteers working with the

young people. This group worked with over 800 junior high and high

school students on a weekly basis helping them to grow personally,

emotionally, and spiritually all while building life long mentoring

relationships.

. Organized network of local business owners to meet regularly and share

business leads and business growth ideas. Resulted in a group of 10

-15 business owners meeting and collaborating to help each other meet

the needs of their businesses. This resulted in numerous sales and new

business relationships.

. Taught teacher education and preparation courses at the university

level. Resulted in adults being encouraged, prepared, and trained to

enter the teaching profession equipped with the tools necessary for

them to succeed in teaching and touching the lives of the next

generation.

DEAL WITH UNEXPECTED AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

. Led organization through the complete re-structuring and

reorganization. Resulted in the savings of $200,000 annually while

still preserving the organization's missions at the grass roots level.
