DNA Finger Printing and its Applications in Forensic
Project performed to extract DNA from different samples of blood, fungal infected cloth and bone from the
cases of paternity disputes, baby swabbing, body identification.
The extracted DNA was then amplified on PCR after viewing on electrophoresis and then the DNA profiling
was done based on STR's using a GENETIC ANALYZER.

Sub Culturing and Quantizing ma104 cells using IFA Technique
Performed sub cultures of commercially available African green monkey kidney cell to which virus is added
and incubated for at different time intervals. The cells are then quantified after serial dilution and tagged with
fluorescence to view under florescent microscope and to check the best titer value.
