developed reporting allowed management to visually see opportune areas

types of work in-house.

. Manage a $40 Million Dollar third party budget by forecasting monthly

acutals based on prior year actuals and trends.

. Automated the "Additional Charge" process by working with the IT

department in the creation of an on-line process which allowed any and

all individuals of the organization to process their own additional

charge(s) via the web. This new process increased capacity for the

finance department to focus their attentions in more lucrative areas.

. Created an external program using VBA programming within MS Access

that allows me to reconcile the Siebel work-order activities to paid

actuals in SAP.

. Manage $1 Million Dollar expense budget for the Retail Merchandiser in

the field.

. Conducted an audit of the top 2 primary third party suppliers to

ensure their compliance to terms and conditions set by the agreed upon

contracts.

. Created and maintained inventory reports and roll-forward schedules

which gave management better visibility to the types of assets

repossessed. With the newly developed reports, management could quickly

own "InfoTrieves (Reporting Scripts)" within the system which

subsequently saved the department as well as the company money by not

. When reconciling the clearing accounts for owned leases I discovered

the company was recording the payments of sold leases in balance sheets

accounts rather than recording those payments in an OBS (off-balance

sheet) account. After consulting with the CFO about my recommendation

he agreed to setup an OBS account to track payments received on sold

leases.

. Reconciled and process note payments, for various SunBridge Capital

borrowing loans.

. Responsible for solely reconciling 3-subsidary companies along with

several SunBridge Capital balance-sheet accounts.
