quality assurance, document, deploy, support and maintain of a real time natural gas and petroleum off shore platforms and

refining plant simulation system utilizing Visual Studio 2008 C#, Microsoft SQL Server 2005, SharePoint 2007, Unisim

Design 2.0, Office 2008 and proprietary in house software system. This simulation system allows plant and off shore

platform operators to monitor current condition and predict conditions in the future using ChartFX charts, XML reports and

Excel spreadsheets.

Designed, developed, tested, deployed, supported, maintained and documented seventeen workflows using C# 2008,

ADO 2008, XML and SQL Server 2008.

Designed, developed, tested, deployed, supported, maintained, documented and trained other developers on a new

database and data access layer that allowed for the dynamic creation of all aspects of the SharePoint 2007 User

Interface; to include the order of the pages, page layout, site navigation, alert notification, ChartFX chart configuration

predictions throughout the natural gas refining plant.

Designed a defect and enhancement tracking system using SharePoint 2007 so that our global team could maintain

constant communication on various issues with the system as it went through acceptance testing and migration

Developed a detailed migration plan to deploy this 20 server global system in a remote location and at the customer

site with little downtime. Tested every server for full functionality and reliability.

Provided 24/7 user support for over six months. Developed extensive support handover documentation and trained the

support personnel on all aspects of all of the technologies that are being utilized throughout this global system.

Proposed a central core project to provide a base line for the Lagosa group, so that the default, off the shelf

functionality would be defined, it would provide a demonstration project that the regional leads and business analysts

could present to customers, it would have a defined cost and amount of effort required to deploy and the entire team

would actually know what features were included within the core Lagosa product. Funding has now been provided to

realize this proposal.

Worked closely with a remote process engineer to identify various modeling, data and process issues within the Unisim

and HYSYS models. Communicated effectively with the engineer about the modeling tool in a very short amount of

time, without having any knowledge or experience with the tool before this project.

Conducted workshops for the Real time Operations group to demonstrate the various technologies utilized by the

Lagosa system. Trained several personnel in the actual operation and integration procedures performed by the Lagosa

implementation team.

Wrote seven documentation templates and seven statements of work that were crucial to delivering this technology to

other plants in the future.
