. Process various monthly closing procedures and prepare consolidated

financial statements

. Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast

. Prepare weekly cash forecast and bank reconciliation

. Conduct monthly inter-company activities reconciliation

. Analyze comprehensive variance reports (Budget VS. Actual, Budget VS.

Forecast) and determine cause for each significant variance

. Conduct foreign currency exchange conversion and make necessary

adjustment entries in inter-company account due to rate change
