President

Management System Services (MSS) is an $8 million Information Technology Solutions Provider with

50 employees. Customer base includes Federal government, mid-size commercial businesses and

non-profit agencies. Mr. Agler, as President, assumes both leadership and operations roles for MSS.

His responsibilities include strategic planning, management of business operations for MSS customers,

vendor management and hands-on management of the top to bottom MSSI technical

architecture/infrastructure. Promoted to President from Vice President Operations after 6 years.

• Leadership – Providing vision by forecasting technology trends.

• Operations –Leading business development efforts; hiring, motivating and supervising office

increase in revenue and 50% increase in profitability over 4 years.

Created and led successful teaming strategy resulting in a 10 year IDIQ with a $1B dollar cap.

Led successful effort to make MSS the vendor of choice for EDS, Northrop Grumman and

Lockheed Martin for desktop support.

Created a joint venture between MSS and SDVO to pave the way for tripling the amount of

hardware sales with the federal government.

for a $300 million manufacturing operation.

improvement for electronic timecards, capital expenditures and purchase requisitions.

• Implemented one of the first U.S. manufacturing PeopleSoft ERP installations.

largest long-term care facility in Maryland.

• Designed, developed and executed a LAN supporting 400 users across multiple locations

utilizing the latest in data and telecommunication technology.
