Sr. Contract Administrator/Sales Support
Primarily responsible for supporting existing and new business contract and
proposal activities with client hospitals. Contract activities include
review, drafting, preparation, and negotiation of terms and conditions.
Work with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales and other key personnel to
develop contract language and fee schedules which reflect pricing
strategies and deal points while supporting company policy. Develop and
maintain positive relationships with both internal and external personnel.
Review and assess customer-proposed terms and conditions, while working and
negotiating with customer representatives as required to facilitate

Sr. Contract Administrator/Project Liaison
Work on Nextel project as Contract Administrator and liaison between Tetra
Tech and Nextel. Prepare all contracts, contract amendments, vendor
documents, as well as other necessary documentation required for the
Western Region (13 states). Track all documents being signed to ensure
timely delivery of documents. Work closely with Construction Team Lead to
ensure that all documents needed are in place in a timely manner to meet
scheduled construction start dates and to limit any company exposure to
liability. Prepare and circulate all reports each week, including the
Monthly Billing Report. Interface with Nextel to ensure/track constant
flow of documentation. Act as IT interface for Irvine office when needed.
Work with Nextel's Corporate Finance Department to ensure all contract
documentation has been processed and that Purchase Orders have been issued
and for the correct amount. Process all fully executed documents by
scanning, uploading to company Portal, tracking and forwarding all
originals and copies to the proper personnel within both companies. Work
with Field Managers and Regional Director as needed to handle any day-to-
day fire drills and special projects as needed. Tetra Tech lost contract
with Nextel when Sprint merger happened causing entire company to be laid
off.

Provide legal support to Residential and Commercial Franchise Sales,
