Regional Sales Manager Atlanta, GA
Direct responsibility for the private label sales of fully-cooked, formed
poultry, including coordination with third party co-packer, inventory
management, production scheduling and sales to the retail channel. Managed
retail deli broker operations in 12 markets. Directed food service sales
in four markets to distributors, including Gordon and Sysco Foods.
Responsible for direct sales of IQF poultry and deli to key accounts,
including: Super Valu Corporate, Dollar General, Super Target, Safeway,
Ralph's and Meijer.
. Initiated development for new flavor profile at Meijer for MRB
chicken, coupled with an aggressive
