Responsibilities
Meet one on one with homeowners and purchasers of real estate to
answer questions about the mortgage process explaining the different
types of loan programs and credit options that are available, as well

First 6 months were spent in the field working on two separate
commercial building projects. I was involved with every physical
aspect from concrete work to roofing.
The other year and a half was spent in office working with their
Customer Service Division (building projects between 750,000 and 5
million). Responsibilities included contacting subcontractors for bids
and providing building specifications, helping the senior estimator
with bid take-offs, and presenting the final bid.
I also worked in their Construction Management Division. Besides
general office work, responsibilities included inventing and
implementing filing system for completed projects to accurately track
subcontractor's payment, warranties, original specification drawings
and contact information. I also was responsible for gathering
information, taking pictures, and writing up reports for construction
claims on work performed by the subcontractors.
