Braskem at the Jose Industrial Complex, Anzoat qui, Venezuela. Project
Management Consulting and OSBL Front End Engineering Design (FEED)

responsible for overseeing all Inelectra resources and activities.

Engineering & Site support activities (140,000 Man Hours, MH) related
to the Rabigh refinery Hydro-process Unit & Sulphur Recovery Units
(SRU) design. This Project was executed under a lump sum contract of

Project Manager. Petrolera Ameriven, Capex Projects 2005-2007. General
& Technical Management for Capital Projects execution in order to carry
out operational and maintenance improvements into Petrolera Ameriven
Crude Upgrader Plant in Jose, Anzo tegui State, Venezuela. This project
was executed as an Umbrella contract with 45 subprojects developed and
175,000 MH invested. The main sub-project was the detail engineering
and procurement management of the New Facilities for H2S Removal
Project, consisting of new Naphtha and Vacuum stripper towers and a new
LPG column in the Petrolera Ameriven Upgrader facilities.
