Loss Mitigation Manager for consumer lending (mortgage, home equity and

credit cards)

. Own ALL marketing efforts to reduce charge offs on delinquent and risk

on pre-delinquent customers

. Responsible for the Consumer Bank's overall customer-contact strategy

on loss mitigation

. Currently leading a large multi-channel credit card collections

project (ATM, email, website, online banking, direct mail offers, in-

concept to market launch in eight months.

. Increased business of two existing product lines by $50 mm through

store expansion (Developed the competitive analysis and the sales

pitch and led the market launch project).

. Concluded feasibility study to evaluate two new product concepts for

new markets; 2009 launch to increase revenue of platform by $40mm.
