. Operations Planning Manager: Responsible for the operations planning

of over 400 specialized display vehicle and mixed stock line items

across 15 contract manufacturing locations in support of over $1

billion in annual sales.

o Developed and implemented an improved master planning process

that resulted in a 5% improvement in service levels and reduced

non-quality costs by more than 40% ($4 million) over the last

year for limited edition and consumer franchise business

activities.

o Chair and participate in several cross-functional teams which

drive improved processes across the supply chain including new

product launches, line extensions and production capacity

planning.

o Work closely with Contract Manufacturing Manager in strategic

capacity planning and sequencing to ensure quality execution of

both stock and seasonal programs to include raw and pack

tracking, sensory compliance, non-quality cost control measures

and shared-vendor scheduling.

o Key member of Seasonal Core Team and co-chair Special Pack and

Customer Franchise Business Core Team. Led effort to shift

"ownership" of special pack inventory to Sales which has

instilled a higher degree of demand accountability, improved

service and reduced non-quality costs.

KRAFT FOODS NORTH AMERICA- East Hanover, NJ April 1997 - April

2007

NABISCO, INC (pre-acquisition)

Held various leadership positions including Area Demand Planning,

Distribution Planning, Manager Customer Logistics and Distribution. Most

recently, responsible for demand planning and product procurement of nearly

$2 billion annually across the eastern half of the United States. In this

capacity, oversaw redesign of demand planning infrastructure and worked

collaboratively with marketing, sales, plant and comanufacturing groups to

improve new product introductions and alternative distribution methods.

Efforts resulted in a 7% increase in sales, a $50 million reduction in

waste, a 33% improvement in forecasting accuracy and a 10% improvement in

new product launches. Specifically,

o Created and chaired a Supply Chain Optimization Team that was

charged to oversee daily network performance in a Direct Store

Delivery network. Output and KPI performance was so respected

that all future planned activity was vetted through this team.

o Led numerous supply chain "re-designs" the involved analysis of

comanufacturing sites and their scope work (item portfolio).

End result was improved distribution leadtimes and speed-to-

market (direct to customer).

o Played a key role in identifying comanufacturing inventory

transaction and shipment processing failures. Collaborated with

the Comanufacturing Department in the creation and

implementation of corrective actions which directly resulted in

improved timeliness of transaction processing, accuracy of on-

hand inventories and speed of shipping.

o Developed ways-of-working and co-educated demand planners,

deployment analysts and comanufacturers in both forecasting and

manufacturing leadtime requirements, resulting in sustained

improved customer service.

UNITED STATES NAVY and NAVAL RESERVE 1988 - Present

Highly decorated surface warfare officer, served eight years on active duty

and in fourteenth year of reserve officer naval service. Career has

included joint operations with other US armed services as well as NATO

related operations and training support in both US based and international

assignments. Assignments include Operations Officer, Training Officer and
