for the mortgage industry and is a subsidiary of Fidelity National

Executive Vice President Finance and Human Resources
Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, reporting and
human resources activities for five Business Units of $350 Million
Company with 2,000 employees.
Major Accomplishments:
. Reengineered transactional business processes to correct
significant internal control gaps and "clean up" multi-million
dollar receivable exposure.
. Reorganized the Finance Department to enhance the effectiveness of
the financial support offered to our Business Units.
. Established a Financial Dashboard which enabled the Business Units
Managers to monitor the pulse of their individual profit centers
and proactively address business issues.
. Led the development and implementation of new general ledger
reporting structure which enhances metric reporting and establishes
accountability of Business Unit Managers.
2000 to October, 2007: PITTSBURGH LOGISTICS SYSTEMS, INC.
The company is the largest provider in North America of Internet based
logistical/transportation management services and supply chain
solutions for the metals industry and other users of flatbed truck
carriers.
President - March, 2004 to October, 2007
Responsible for managing all business operations and sales activities
of $300 Million Company consisting of 170 employees. Member of Board
of Directors.
Major Accomplishments:
. Led the redefining and implementation of the company's overall
business strategy to achieve record profitability in company's 15-
year history which triggered interest and ultimate sale of the
company to New York based Investment Company. Record level
profitability has continued each year while President.
. Oversaw the acquisition and simultaneous integration of 6 new key
customers. (Record for Company)
. Key strength is successfully negotiating new customer contracts and
renewals with existing customers ranging annually from $20 Million
to $120 Million deals in an extremely competitive environment.

implementing and managing all financial activities of Internet start-
up enterprise including business development activities.
Major Accomplishments:
. Defined and developed all aspects of the company's financial
infrastructure including the implementation of Oracle financial
systems.
1997 to 2000: ANDERSON EQUIPMENT COMPANY
The company's primary business is the rental, sale and servicing of
heavy construction equipment.
Controller - Managed the financial activities of the company, which
has fourteen multi-state branch locations and revenues in excess of
$125 million, including financial reporting, budgeting, financial
analysis, and internal control development.
Major Accomplishments:
. Developed financial budgeting model and successfully orchestrated
the company's first budgeting process in its 66-year history.
. Participated in the selection of JD Edwards financial accounting
systems and led the development and implementation of the new
system.
. Managed the integration of acquired entity into existing financial
operations.
1994 to 1997 THOMSON NEWSPAPERS, INC.
The company's primary business is the publication of news and
information, which generates advertising and circulation revenues.
V.P. Operations - June, 1995 to April, 1997
Responsible for the operational management of six newspapers located
in three states with revenues in excess of $32 million, including
advertising and circulation revenues, editorial content and newspaper
production.
Major Accomplishments:
. Promoted after eleven months from CFO to V.P. Operations.
. Established significant advertising revenue contract with key
businesses.
. Successfully worked with the local union employees, which resulted
in the unanimous decertification.
. Participated in the successful disposition of all six newspapers
for the company and managed the sale transition.
CFO - July, 1994 to June, 1995
Directed the complete financial management of six newspapers located
in three states with revenues in excess of $32 million, including
strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting, contingency
planning, and internal control development and implementation.
Major Accomplishments:
. Creatively developed annual operating plan, highlighting 14%
revenue growth and 16% profit growth over prior year.
. Supervised the successful rollout of PBS and Oracle business
systems.
. Secured major printing and advertising contracts. This enabled our
printing business to double in size.

1990 to 1994 VECTOR SECURITY, INC.
The company's primary business is the sale and monitoring of
residential and commercial burglar and fire security systems.
V.P. Finance/Treasurer - Implemented and oversaw all financial
activities of the company including: budgeting, financial planning and
reporting, cash management, property casualty insurance, benefit plans
administration, acquisitions, and divestitures. Corporate Officer and
Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors.
Major Accomplishments
. Initiated and directed an internal control review of company
operations. Results were significant and resulted in strengthening
overall operating controls.
. Successfully negotiated initial line of credit and multi-million
dollar term loan with bank. This became the springboard for the
company's future growth.
. Negotiated and coordinated the acquisition of several companies and
successfully integrated these companies into our existing financial
operations.
1986 to 1990 PEPSI-COLA COMPANY
Area Controller - Directed all financial operations of the company,
including; Financial Reporting, Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable,
Fixed Assets, Accounting Systems, and General Accounting.
Major Accomplishments:
. Successfully integrated several acquired companies into Pepsi-Cola
Company business and financial reporting systems. This resulted in
the company doubling in size.
Area Manager of Accounting - Managed the complete coordination and
supervision of all areas of the Accounting department duties,
including the formulation and implementation of accounting policy and
development of internal controls for all aspects of company
operations.
Major Accomplishments:
. In six months, successfully implemented necessary internal
controls, which resulted in a "well controlled" internal audit
rating (only location in Pepsi Cola Company to achieve this rating)
from a rating of "generally satisfactory" received under prior
management.
1982 to 1986 DUQUESNE LIGHT COMPANY
Corporate Senior Internal Auditor - Provided Executive Management and
the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors with analyses,
appraisals, and recommendations concerning internal controls,
accounting, and procedural aspects of the company via direct
participation in audits, and the "in-charge" overview of staff.
1980 to 1982 DELOITTE & TOUCHE
In-Charge Auditor - Audited financial statements of organizations,
which consisted of Fortune 500 companies, privately owned companies,
