o Developed a CMTS network configuration that allowed cable modems to

receive IP addresses from a subnet separate from the end users. This

was integrated into BBSM version 5.2.

o Developed a CMTS network configuration allowing cable modems to be

provisioned from a central location.

. Collaborated on the development of the Total Implementation Package (TIP)

for customers. The TIP documentation suite consists of separate modules

for wireless, Ethernet and cable-based systems and allows customers to

design, configure and install their own networks, bypassing the need to

hire it out at extensive cost.

. Collaborated to create the Cisco Public Access Specialization

certification training and exam.

. Tested various configurations of disparate network components to ensure

integration.

. Provided additional, as-needed support for the Cisco Technical Assistance

Center.

wired networks built around the IPort Broadband Provisioning System.
