My leadership roles in product marketing and marketing program execution
empower me with both strategic and tactical perspectives to growing the
business. I have led acquisition and retention marketing plans for various
product lines in both national and regional markets. As a product manager,
I conducted market and customer base analytics, developed business plans
and business requirements for new products and feature enhancements, and
managed issue resolution for the order-to-cash customer experience. As
offer manager, I defined marketing service descriptions in multichannel
environments and coordinated mass, direct, web, point of sale marketing
communications and events for new product sales. My experience in these

budget modeling, new product development, pricing analysis, leading network
operation enhancements, vendor management, and promotional campaign
execution.
. Designed business requirements and project managed network operations and
IT development, testing and launch of new internet products delivering
the fastest speeds in the market place and internet products without
phone service resulting in 10% incremental gross adds and 5% increased
retention of internet subscribers

time promotions from order to cash and OSS/BSS integration in an
accelerated time frame to compete with incumbent wireless providers
. Introduced in Hawaii the first to market converged services product which
integrated functions of wireless, land line and internet services
creating wireless product differentiation and re-branding the company as

ordering, provisioning, billing, legal terms of service, conducted
