Project Name: Temperature and humidity controller and PC Based Stepper
Motor axis Controller
. The project was based on PSoC 5, Cypress semiconductor made
Controller (CY8C27443-24PXI) was used to design the project with
sensitivity on 0.1 C (Temperature)and 1% (Humidity). It was total
automated system where ultra-low power devices suitable for remote
places for the temperature measurement.
. ASIC design to make temperature and humidity controller with ultra-
low power consumption. Also have flexibility to work wireless
communication with access point, external data logger connected for
the time table and manipulate the old data with the set point data.
. PC based stepper motor controller project was based on controller and
C programming, in which the hardware was connected through the
serial port and C code controlled the driving speed and direction of
the motor.
. 8051 microcontroller based project where coding was used to employ
controller to run the stepper motor with precision of 0.1 degree.
This project was based on precise control of the motion system such
as robots, numeric machines, etc where program was designed for
automated manufacturing.
