Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager is responsible for all accurate, timely financial
reporting,. Requirements of the position are: personnel management of the
department, overseeing A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, G/L,
collections and fixed assets. Perform all job cost accounting, cash flow
projections and revenue recognition monthly after reviewing the company's
projects with Department Directors. Work closely with outside CPA firm on
financial reporting and ESOP questions. Review job contracts and proposals
with directors' for scope, productivity and billing rates.
. Perform monthly variance analysis for labor, material, subcontracts and
budgets.
. Reconciled the WIP schedule monthly to produce accurate financials while
strictly adhering to strong Sarbanes-Oxley and GAAP reporting principles.
. Produce monthly financials with full P&L responsibilities.
. Work Closely with Directors (Landscape, HVAC, Building Maintenance,
Construction & Roofing) on outside service contracts, providing financial
counsel to operational personnel

Branch Manager
The Branch Manager was responsible for all accurate, timely financial
reporting, marketing and operations within the territories of Montana,
Wyoming and Colorado for scaffolding, shoring and forming equipment rentals
and labor. Requirements of the position were: personnel management of an
assigned territory, strong contractual and negotiating skills and strong
analytical skills to work with internal and external auditors, managers and
executives.
. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts for the branch.

equipment is profitable to own and worked closely with project executives,
project managers, outside executives and outside vendors to establish terms
and conditions.
. Established a business plan and founded the Construction Equipment
Department in October, 1998 with several direct reports.
. Negotiated leases/contractual terms for purchases on equipment, vehicles,
and materials with outside vendors and reconciled costs monthly.
. Worked with Lockton / St. Paul on insurance claims and made adjustments
to HCI financials accordingly.

reports and the accounting manager for the Denver District. Work closely
with several members of internal staff (project managers, project
engineers, superintendents) to produce solid financial reporting and
adherence to GAAP standards.
. Managed two projects and two joint ventures worth a combined 86.5 million
dollars in various stages of construction. Performed all accounting
functions necessary for joint ventures, (Inter-companies, Bonding,
Insurance, Cash Flow Analysis, and Bank Reconciliation's).
. Provided a weekly cash projection for Denver District to PCL Enterprises.
. Reviewed all batch maintenance, postings, review batches for correct
intercompany agreements, and integrities.
. Prepared necessary tax returns (sales and use taxes, city, state, county)
for the following states: Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico.
