management, quality engineering, training, customer satisfaction, implementing and maintaining

quality management systems and achieving tangible results in process improvement. I have specific

1. Quality Management:

a. Creating strategic quality plans, based on company strategic business plans.

Developing annual quality objectives and overall quality activities based on

strategic plan;

product manufacturing.

b. Experienced working with third party product testing and quality system auditors

such as Underwriters Laboratory, Factory Mutual, Department of Transportation

and TUV.

c. Performing departmental and manufacturing Quality Engineering functions

i. Supervised Receiving, In Process and Final Inspection activities

ii. Writing and updating quality control work instructions for operator and

quality control inspectors and product test procedures;
