Flip Chip International is involved in the manufacturing of micro chips for

computer products. My responsibilities included monitoring and taking

readings on meters, gauges, boilers, chillers, compressors, computerized

controls, analyzing chiller operating records and reports, and maintaining

proper PH levels in all waste water tanks.

Maintained and repaired hospital heating, A/C and refrigeration equipment.

Performed trouble shooting and repairs to ice machines, refrigerators, air

conditioners, freezers, exhaust fans, air handlers, pneumatic and electric

thermostats, water towers, and booster pumps. Preventively maintained

thermal systems equipment, water treatment, washed down coils and water

towers, mixed and prepared chemicals to prevent corrosion to cooling

towers, and monitored twelve cylinder emergency diesel generators.

plant systems and auxiliary equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling

towers, domestic hot and cold water, vacuum pumps, diesel generators, water

pneumatic tube system, hospital fire alarm system, HVAC system, medical air

compressors, and elevators.

FIREMAN ABOARD USS BONHOMME RICHARD June 1997 - August 2001

United States Navy

Aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard routinely prepared the ship for going out

to sea, controlled the starting and shutting down of feed systems, blowers,

igniters, condensers, supervised complete overhaul and repair of boilers,

regulators, manifolds, piping systems, performed all chemical testing and

treatment of boiler feed water, made adjustments to various sizes and types

of chillers, repaired and overhauled various pumps, and efficient repairs

on controlled air compressors.
