. Managed a team of eight (9) claim professionals that were
dedicated to managing the workers' compensation programs
for the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) and
Department of Corrections (DOC) clients located

compensation claims, 800 plus medical only claims and
over $50,000,000 in total incurred reserves.

. Reviewed cases on diary and provided jurisdictional,
investigative, procedural and technical guidance to the
claim professionals as needed.
. Reviewed and analyzed all reserve recommendations beyond
the claim professionals' authority levels to ensure
accuracy and approved same, if the recommendations were
accurate and represented the probable and ultimate
outcome for the exposure.

. Served as the contact for the Insurance Section Chief of

Reason for Leaving: My position was eliminated 6/30/09 due to the loss
of the aforementioned Department of Public Instruction
(DPI) and Department of Correction (DOC) contracts. The
elimination of my position was in no way a reflection of
my performance and can be substantiated by letter of
recommendation from the Senior Vice President of Human
Resources.
