of transition to merge the operations of the St. Louis division with the headquarters office in Los Angeles, California.

• Produced savings of over $1 million on an annualized basis by changing pricing policies and distribution strategy as part of
a new Go To Market strategy integrating the processes of four independent divisions.

• Created focused deduction management group, using existing staff, increasing collections by $100,000 and increasing

by product line and allowing quicker problem solving with customer disputes.

the control of $260 million cash flows for multiple related companies. The project resulted in reduced state tax
liability in excess of $1.8 million and eliminated the need for multiple revolving lines of credit to support
