developed policies, procedures, contract documents and other forms and
systems to support the new department. Sourced and engaged architectural
and general contracting firms that specialize in grocery and retail

. Set a company record for the fastest entitlement of a new project (2
weeks) which brought revenues in eight months earlier than originally
projected earning the company approximately $925,000 in additional sales
profits.
. Designed, permitted and built two McDonald's/Chevron co-brand facilities
in less than one year, and brought the projects in earlier than
projected by both companies. One of these facilities in Diamond Bar, CA,
set a 1999 West Division record for the quickest construction timeframe
for a co-brand unit (85 days).
