Engineer Created and executed System Testing Protocols for

WelchAllyn ConneX VM platform software. Assisted

in the development process of connectivity and

communication between ConneX VM and WelchAllyn

Vital and ECG Devices. Identified system bugs and helped

the Development Team by writing

explanations on ClearQuest system. Modified C/C# code for

the EVSTEST application used in supporting Protocols

Verification. Worked with MS SQL database in client/server

workstations.

Intern IT Department - City of Rochester, Rochester,

NY (June 2008 to November 2008)

Engineer Developed the permanent barcode printing

system that can extract equipment numbers directly from the

government database and translate them into barcodes; 3000

to 5000 barcodes must be printed within an hour. Worked

with IT help-desk to solve users' problems; hands-on

experience with Novell Server and Exchange email. Repaired

network printers and allowed scanning to users' desktops.

Travelled throughout the city, to other departments, to
