HCA Healthcare

Led team providing Production Support for several HCA AP applications.

Modifications to these legacy applications were needed to add new

functionality.

Responsibility

Produced Statements Of Work for client requested work. This included:

. Working closely with the Solution Leader responsible to define

Interleasing had several systems on an HP3000 platform. They requested and

audit of these systems to determine exactly what systems were there, if

they were being used and create an inventory of the programs, jobs, etc.

that were currently processing and those that were not needed for the

systems. The final deliverables were the active systems, inactive systems,

active system elements, inactive system elements, business flow chart and a

proposal for a Data Warehouse.

Responsibility

Project Manager and Delivery Manager interfacing with the client to ensure

the information delivered was exactly what the customer needed and

documented to fit the needs of the client. The team consisted of 5 onsite

BSAs and developers.

GMAC requested a Web Based Re-Marketing Prototype be delivered to them and

used this prototype to compare with other venders as part of the bidding

process.

Responsibility

Obtained requirements for the business functionality of a Web Based Re

Marketing Function Prototype for GMAC Full Service Leasing. Ensured the

delivery of the prototype with the requested functionality by the due date.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the offshore team regarding

specifications and client liaison. Familiar with SDP-21 processes and

templates. Prototype testing was done using workflow methodology. Team

consisted of 8 offshore developers and testers.

Thomas Cook outsourced their production support to Syntel.

Responsibility

Responsibilities included coordinating transition of knowledge of 42 key

legacy applications from the client's subject matter experts to the Syntel

team. Worked and assisted the client in establishing formal processes to

support process definitions and implementation procedures to transition the

application support to the offshore model and client liaison. Utilized

client templates, Office 2000, and MS Project 2000 for management and

statistical reporting for a multi vendor project. My team was comprised of

21 individuals consisting of developers, analysts, and senior analysts.

Production support for client server applications that used Oracle, Sybase,

Sequel Server, Powerbuilder, Java, UNIX Shell Scripts, HTML, Visual Basic,

Visual J ++, C and Perl.
