Energy Conversion Systems designs, manufactures, and supplies electric

motor components for the automotive, appliance, and consumer products

industries. The company offers various commutators, system assemblies,

brushes, and molded magnet assemblies.

Manager for OEM (Ford) Product Line (2007 - April 2009)

o Lead team of 24 employees in daily cost center operations. Provide

employees with tools to maintain and increase delivery requirements

to both internal and external customers.

o Work closely with other departments to promote sales budgets,

clarify information, and distribute reports. Gather, analyze, and

report daily/weekly/monthly sales, and deliverables.
