Coinmach Corporation Operations/Service Manager

6/01-9/08

Direct supervision of Customer Service Department

all NY region Dispatchers.

Direct supervision of 4 Field Service Managers and

approximately fifty Field Service technicians.

Evaluate Field Service Technicians performance and

document any needed discipline with Teamster Union

Local 966.

Review various reports, and take any needed action

in order to improve service response time as well

as any quality issues. Directly respond to customer

requests and complaints. Created various reports

from data base for review with senior management

for any needed action.

Make decisions on upgrading of all laundry room

equipment based on needs of the business and by

reviewing terms of existing lease/contracts.

Scheduled in house construction crew for both new

installations and repairs that were required to

be done in existing laundry rooms.

Approved work and bills for outside contractors.

Made field visits to locations where problems were

unresolved by Field Service Managers and

Technicians. Attended customer's onsite meetings

when needed. Direct problem solver for all NY

regional service problems. Responded to and

resolved all customer complaints.

Service support contact for up to 6 Coinmach

Account Executives, including Regional and Senior

Vice Presidents.

Resolved problems by both corresponding and

coordinating with all departments (service,

installation, collection, warehouse, Recon,

security).

Interviewed and hired all new prospective Field

Service Technicians. Monitored training of all

newly hired Field Service Technicians.

Was selected by Coinmach upper management (in 2005)

to be a part of the "Design Team" which worked with

computer consultants (Bearing Point) in order to

select and customize new computer software (Amdocs

Clarify Crm) for delivery of Nation wide service

system. Worked directly with both computer software

team (Gold CRM) and computer consultants as well as

Coinmach IT team.

Traveled nationally during design and test phase

testing new computer system utilizing Blackberry

technology both in the Field and in new National

call Center located in Irving Texas.

Trained Service Technicians on use of new

Blackberry software (Wireless Advisor) during

deployment of Dallas Coinmach region as well as

being part of remote support team for various other

regions. Logged and reported all issues with

Wireless Advisor, Clarify, Field Advisor, &

Reporting Advisor.

Proficient with all Windows operating systems and

office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, & Power Point).

7/00-6/01-Field Service Manger Coinmach Corporation

Manage a team of 10 Service technicians.

Work in the field inspecting service technician's

quality of work.

Assure all service technicians work their

respective routes, by responding to service call in

a timely fashion. Assigned service technician's to

service calls in order to provide timely repair

completions.

Resolve customer complaints regarding repetitive

problems service technicians have been unable to

resolve.

Approve vacations, personal and union holiday time

off in order to minimize manpower shortages.

Review service technician's performance based on

productivity, repeat, and work reports along with

onsite inspections.

Dispatch Service Technicians when needed. Took

initiative to learn AS/400 computer data base

system when called to do so. Entered all data entry

from Service technicians when called on to do so.

10/87-7/00-Service Technician Coinmach Corporation

Diagnose and repair all laundry room equipment.

This included a wide range of manufacturers of

washers, dryers, and extractors. Have the ability

to utilize electronic testing devices. Have ability

to read electronic schematics.

Repair and replace laundry room utilities. This

included water and gas plumbing lines, dryer

exhaust vents, electric related components.

Maintain a car stock in order to minimize the

amount of parts placed on order for the repair of

machines.
