activities. Initiate contact with borrowers of loans at risk for to discuss

Dear Hiring Manager,

For nine years I contributed to Citibank's Commercial Real Estate Finance

Group in San Francisco. I held several positions at Citibank which

involved underwriting borrowers and collateral creditworthiness, credit,

appraisal reviews, risk analysis including risk rating. As a Portfolio

Manager VP at Citibank loan analysis, modifications and refinance was a

largest part of my responsibility in addition to foreclosure and workouts.

During my tenure Citibank I held the positions of Underwriter, Asset

Manager, Portfolio Manager VP and Relationship Officer VP. Not only do I

have technical real estate skills but also have an MBA in finance and BA in

accounting. My practical experience in property management is also of help

with inspections.

In these positions I have become skilled in analyzing all kinds of

evaluate credit risk. As part of the process I review the tax returns and
