Program Manager 2009 - Present
Responsible for overall performance, cost, schedule, scope and customer
satisfaction of four major Weapon System programs (JDAM, SDB, AIM-9X, and
SCAS) generating $30 - 40M in annual revenue for the company.
. Act as primary interface with the customers for all aspects of the
programs, and point of contact with senior management for program and
general management matters.
. Lead production and development planning and tracking activities by
working with cross-functional teams to establish budgets, milestones,

Rotational Program Engineer 2008 - 2009
Completed rotational program which progressed through multiple functional
groups; identified opportunities and led initiatives for process

presented findings to the Executive Leadership Team; study was used to
devise an entry strategy into new product market, generating new sales
of $20 Million.

. Led Request for Proposal (RFP) response efforts by coordinating with
functional groups across contracts, engineering, and pricing for
budgeting and planning of new aerospace projects.
. Identified, developed and implemented Helicopter Spares Request for
Quote (RFQ) response process improvement resulting in a 50% reduction
in response time to customer.
Mechanical Design Engineer 2005 - 2008
Led new design activities of electro-mechanical actuation systems for
missile and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) applications including conceptual
design, layout, design to cost trade studies, advanced assemblies and
component detail modeling and drawings. Consulted with Project Engineers to
resolve technical problems.
. Led transition to production effort for $2.5 Million Direct Attack
Guided Rocket (DAGR) program.
. Created and managed project plans to meet cost, scope, and schedule
for various programs.
. Collaborated in Green Belt process improvement initiatives in the
engineering organization resulting in reduction of overhead costs by
10%.
. Devised and implemented a unique test method for the AIM-9X missile to
detect damaged screws in the field, saving the company millions
associated with recall costs; personally recognized by the General
Manager of the company.
. Mentored incoming Associate Engineers in the design and development of
electro-mechanical actuators.
