multi-year Information Security, Research & Development Project (Budget -

$3.5M) Governed by Visa's Technology Oversight Committee. Project

involved development of 5 short-term solutions including a Proof-of-

Concept introducing new Software for Visa, to remediate few Security

deficiencies of Visa's Critical Data Processing Production Environment;

and development of Threat Modeling and Conceptual Architecture for two

Data Processing Production Environments. Developed Requirements & RFPs,

put for competitive bidding, reviewed and selected SOWs, brought in

consultants from Price Waterhouse Coopers and Ab Initio Services, and

managed their work to completion to meet the Project objectives.

Propagated the results and findings of consultants and facilitated key

Stakeholder buy-ins for the introduction of the new software to Visa.

Drove the project to meet its objectives by building relationships across
