October, 2009-Present; Client Manager, Willis of Alabama, Inc, Mobile, AL
-Member of six-person team, responsible for the marketing and servicing of large commercial property and
casualty insurance programs.
Accomplishments:
1. Assisted with the successful renewal marketing and placement of a $26 Billion TIV and $37 Million
annual premium Property program involving 37 foreign and domestic carriers and 57 policies.
-All policies received and delivered to client within 60-days, and all annual premium collected and paid
within 45-days.
January, 2009-October 2009; Registered Representative, New England Financial-Thompson Financial

-The marketing and sale of a broad-range of financial products and services, to individuals, families, and
businesses.
Accomplishments:
1. Earned an agent contract within 90-days.
2. Sold in excess of $30,000 in new commissions and fees in the initial 6-months under contract
3. Earned the New England Financial Super Starter Award for first-year sales.
Reason for leaving: Resigned. Unable to sell Mobile home, and Willis contacted and recruited me on an
unsolicited basis, starting in August, 2009.

Accomplishments:
1. Earned Series 6 and 63 FINRA designations in the first 45-days of employment.
2. Successfully completed 120-day New Agent Training Program.
3. Sold in excess of $20,000 in new commissions in the first 4 months of employment.
Reason for leaving: Resigned. Wife desired to return to Charlotte, NC, so I sought a comparable position in
the Charlotte, where I also had more sales potential.
June, 2007-March 2008: Director of Risk Services, Thames, Batre, Mattei, Beville & Ison Agency,

-Agency-wide risk management, marketing, servicing, and technical resource for large and large-mid-market
clients.
Accomplishments:
1.Redesigned and placed, $130M TIV Mobile County Office Property Ins, saving client in excess of
$100,000.
-Provided consultative/coverage assistance on proposal for Mobile County's overall Property Insurance,
resulting in agency being named broker. Additional income to agency in excess of $25,000 annual.
2. Upgraded Mobile County’s Boiler and Machinery Program, with no increase in premium cost, and
identified previously-uncovered locations. 3. Restructured Time Element cover for $160M beer distributor,
saving client $20,000+ annual. 4. Presented/sold WC Self-Insurance Concept to major lumber client/prospect
and secured BOR for balance of Casualty lines. Agency had pursued coverage for four years. 5. Negotiated
Architect & Engineers E&O Terms within major OCIP, to save client in excess of $100,000. Advised the
same client on OCIP compliance with minimal cost to client. 6. Developed contractor Insurance
Specifications and Indemnification terms for major construction client. 7. Reviewed and recommended
improvements in the agency's own E&O Insurance Program.
September, 2004-January, 2007: Account Executive-Consultant, Wachovia Ins Services-Special Risk

-Function as department-wide marketing/servicing/technical resource, primarily for hospital and medical
clients.; Assist outside-department and junior associates on a broad range of multi-line matters: marketing,

Client exceeding $100,000, or 33%. 6. Restructured Medical Equip Floater Prog. to save client 20% and
effect lacking Time Element limits and terms.
