configuration management software tool, was brought on-line and configured
to replace an in-house developed tool that was dated and no longer met the
needs of the customer. Provided subject matter expertise and internal
project management skills to determine resources and tasks for the
implementation
. Developed and documented PSA's and SLA's and acquired user acceptance
. Authored procedures, training materials and user guides for new
hardware, software and configuration processes.

Systems Administration Analyst
Sr. Systems Analyst supporting Defense and Space Group Information Systems.
As Systems Analyst, responsibilities were to support third party
programmer aid software tools on a 24/7 system. Investigated, evaluated,
installed, configured, and maintained relevant software tools. Created and
maintained over 40 databases on an MVS system. Accountable for product
familiarization, evaluation of new enhancements and functions, research and
evaluation of new software products and provide consultation support for
the software tools. Responsibilities included database maintenance and
updates, safeguard and manage availability of the databases and configure
security for user access and permissions
. Delivered programmer training on proper use of software tools.
Developed and documented the processes and created and recorded pre-
stored queries for the Functional Analysts and Business Analysts
. Provided key issue resolution by working closely with the Functional
and Business Analysts.

Configuration Management Analyst
Supported Flight Test Computing systems. Active member of team that
developed an in-house software configuration management system to support
the testing and certification of the 757 and 767 programs. System grew
exponentially from 167 to over 18,000 modules. This configuration
management system became the standard used throughout Boeing for several
years.
