. Managed the implementation of a new, complex compensation plan for
MetLife sales reps and managers utilizing mainframe batch, online
interfaces, client server and website reporting. This development
project involved detailed conversion of some of the mainframe
databases over to SQL Server databases. I was in charge of processing
all aspects of the Changeman package process (creating packages,
promoting through all level for testing, demoting when necessary and
approving for production implementation), in charge of handling all IT
requests for this project. Aided the team in debugging and resolving
all batch problems for this system once implemented.
. Managed, and was the subject matter expert on 12 compensation and
commission related systems, including many payroll specific systems.
