Transformed a $15M Nutritional Supplement business into a $125M Food and
Beverage business. Managed the development and formulation of new products,
identified and established co-packer relationships, built a distribution
network to support a national footprint, recruited and staffed organization
to launch 26 new sku's nationally in Walmart/Sam's in a 12 month period.
Generated $120M in revenue through the development of a startup Food and
Beverage supply chain management organization. Authored business plan,
recruited and staffed organization, identified and sold major customers,
relocated and designed multi-temperature distribution centers and
manufacturing facility, expanded geography and customer base, and
established DSD delivery system.
Led financial turnaround at HAVI and Aramark Corporation. Reversed profit
performance for food manufacturing operation from losses of $800K to
profits of $1M and $1.2M during 3-year period. Improved profit performance
in $120M region by 120% to $4.8M through sales growth and cost management.

Group, the second largest foodservice distributor for McDonalds worldwide.
As a member of an international executive management team established and
executed a strategic business plan, joint venture, and strategic alliances
to grow startup frozen food manufacturing and foodservice distribution
business supporting Starbucks, Chipotle, United Airlines and American
Airlines in the U.S. and Asia to $120M. Responsible for maximizing
