Cracker Barrels Old Country Stores, Bob Evans Restaurants and Aldi's food

stores. Projects ranged from tenant fit-outs to total out-of-ground new

builds.

. Reviewed all documents and drawings to evaluate what trades were needed

to bid the project

. Conducted site visits for projects to discuss specific scope of work

required to complete the project

. Sent bid invitations to subcontractors and established relationships with

the subs to assure complete and accurate bids on each project

. Completed quantity take-offs to price as part of the estimate and to

most of our work was public in nature)

general contract bid in the last class.
