Taught, Estimating and Bid Preparation for 8 years, as part

of a team of instructors. The class was designed to teach new estimators

and new staff members how the project came to be, from the "birth" of the

documents to bidding to the general contractor. The class was a lecture

format with students participating in class discussions and creating a

general contract bid in the last class.
