PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
AEROTEK 12/05 - 12/09
Supported Lockheed Martin as the Installation Team Lead for the Po Sheng
project. Managed a team responsible for the installation of hardware at
over 80 shore sites in the country of Taiwan. This included the development
of the associated documentation such as Site Survey's, Site Preparation
Agreements, Installation Drawings, Red Lines, and As-Built Drawings. In a
span of three years I was responsible for over 45 cost accounts spanning
two Delivery Orders with a combined budget in excess of $9 million. Tasking
included cost surveillance, status, and accounting at the cost account
level using the Earned Value Management System. I was also responsible for
the development of detailed schedules, technical planning, implementation
for system product installations and quality assurance of associated
documentation development. I ensured tasks were properly staffed to support
requirements and ensure mission success. My team received the Lockheed
Martin Evening of the Stars Team Award for 2008. Worked directly with the
customer on a daily basis to resolve documentation, scheduling,
installation, and support issues.

Senior Analyst supporting SPAWAR Fleet Readiness Program for Aircraft
Carriers. Served as the primary liaison between Commander Naval Air Forces
personnel and SPAWAR Program Offices providing engineering and technical
support relating to SPAWAR C4I installations on all aircraft carriers. The
initial point of contact for all C4I related issues requiring direct
interface at the Fleet level. Worked directly with afloat Combat Systems
and Electronic Material Officers to coordinate and organize efforts between
SPAWAR HQ, Program Offices, and System Centers, on both coasts in an effort
to resolve integration, ILS, and casualty issues which degraded fleet
readiness. Represented senior executives at carrier design reviews, RCOH
planning events, maintenance conferences, and operational status briefings.
Engineering Services Network, Inc. 08/99 - 12/01
Senior Analyst responsible for the technical and engineering support of the
Distance Support Program on all Naval Air Forces Pacific platforms.
Supervised technical teams that performed the Distance Support hardware
installation and testing on five aircraft carriers. Acted as direct liaison
between Naval Air Forces personnel and Naval Systems Command
representatives supporting the Distance Support Program on Pacific Fleet
aircraft carriers. Represented senior executives at Distance Support
Program off-sites and program development meetings. Provided technical and
engineering support for various maintenance programs under the cognizance
of Naval Air Forces code N436.
Fleet Technical Support Center Pacific, Everett Det., 05/97 - 07/99
Field Technician and Inspector supporting Fire Control Systems in the
Pacific Northwest maintenance region. Performed Combat System's Readiness
Assessments, Insurvs, MCA's, STAV's and Ordnance Safety Inspections.
Performed electronic troubleshooting and repair assistance to fleet units.
USS David R. Ray (DD-971), 07/94 - 05/97
As the Combat Systems Departmental Supervisor managed the overhaul of the
Combat Systems suite at Long Beach Naval Shipyard . Duties included
screening work packages, scheduling, quality assurance, and development of
training programs. Also was a Qualified Ship's Weapons Coordinator and Test
Director for Overall Combat systems Operability Testing (OCSOT). Performed
Shipboard Training and Alignment Verifications.
Commander Naval Air Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, 02/90 - 06/94
Served as the Fire Control Assistant to the Staff Electronic Material
Officer. Managed electronic material acquisition, repair, and configuration
management for the NSSMS, CIWS, MK-23 TAS, and MK-48 Radar systems on all
Pacific Fleet aircraft carriers. Conducted Intermediate and Advanced Team
Training on aircraft carriers. Served as liaison between
contractors/government agencies and end users of electronic equipment.
Scheduled repairs and solved logistical support issues.
